Montclair Beyond Policing is hosting a reading group to study and discuss policing and justice each Monday in August. Organizers state that they are putting together an Abolition Reading Group every Monday evening in August from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. They will be using Derecka Purnell’s Becoming Abolitionists as a framework for their discussion.
